Transferring Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred in accordance with the data processing conditions stipulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 provided that the necessary security measures are taken.

In this context, your personal data may be transferred:

to our business partners for the purposes of providing you with various rights and benefits, and ensuring the protection and enforcement of your rights;
to official public institutions and organizations, including courts and enforcement offices, notaries, land registry offices, tax offices, and other official public institutions and organizations, within the scope of legal and consultancy services provided by us;

You may exercise the following rights in relation to your personal data, as provided in article 11 of Law no: 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PPD Law”):

to know the third parties to whom his personal data are transferred in country or abroad;
to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any;
to request the erasure or destruction of your personal data, when the reasons for processing no longer apply;
to request informing third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred, regarding of the requirement of correction or deletion of your data;
to object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the data processed solely through automated systems,

You will be informed as a result of the evaluation to be made within 30 days after we receive your request. Your requests will be fulfilled free of charge, and if the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
